Glorier has launched a project called "Glorier: Next-Generation Integrated Smart Logistics Ecosystem," running for over a year and half-funded by the EU under the "Competitiveness and Innovation in Enterprises" Programme, procedure "Introduction of Industry 4.0 Technologies in Enterprises." The goal is to bring all company data - operations, customers, finance, truck telemetry - into one place so logistics processes become predictable and automated. Several connected solutions will be built: a transport optimization system, a BI platform, AI agents, a customer portal, a link to fleet telemetry, a new TMS, and automated connection to European freight exchanges, all protected by new cybersecurity infrastructure. The result: dynamic route planning, better arrival forecasts, automated pricing, real-time access for customers to statuses and documents, and fewer empty kilometers.
